  • How do I book?
    You may book your car using any of our three options: calling us on +23058218319, emailing us at bookings.paradisiacars@gmail.com or sending us a message via our Contact page.
  • Can I book online?
    Unfortunately, we do not yet offer online bookings. We are working on our online booking system and should be available soon. Currently, we request that you book your car by either calling us on +23058218319, emailing us at bookings.paradisiacars@gmail.com or sending us a message via our Contact page.
  • How can I contact you if I have any questions/uncertainties?
    You may call us on +23058218319, email us at bookings.paradisiacars@gmail.com or send us a message via our Contact page. One of our team members will respond immediately and gladly attend to any queries you may have.
  • What cars do you have?
    You may view our fleet at our Cars page.
  • How do I know which cars are available for my dates?
    You may call us on +23058218319, email us at bookings.paradisiacars@gmail.com or send us a message via our Contact page. One of our team members will provide you with all the necessary information with regards to the availability of cars. Please kindly provide your desired rental start and end dates when contacting us.
  • How do I pay for my booking?
    Payments are made at the start of the rental at the time of pick-up when we deliver the car to you and all documents are signed. We kindly request that payments are made either in cash (Mauritian Rupees/Euro/Pound Sterling/South African Rand) or via electronic bank transfer (we will provide our bank details).
  • Can I pay using a debit/credit card?
    Unfortunately, we do not yet offer this mode of payment. We are working hard on providing payment options using debit/credit card in the future. Currently, we request that payments are made either in cash (Mauritian Rupees/Euro/Pound Sterling/South African Rand) or via electronic bank transfer (we will provide our bank details).
  • What documents do I require for booking?
    Please provide us with your original passport and your original driver’s licence. We will make and keep a copy of those.
  • Will you provide me with an invoice?
    Payments are made at the time of pick-up of the car. After payment is made, we will provide you with an invoice as well as a copy of the signed and agreed rental contract.
  • Is there a rental contract?
    Yes, we will go through the contract at the time of pick-up of the car. Both parties will agree on the state of the car, including any existing damages, as well as the amount of fuel present at time of delivery of the car. We operate a Full to Full policy, hence, you will be kindly required to return the car with this agreed amount of fuel.
  • Do you offer discounts?
    We take pride in offering the best prices. We are open to negotiation regarding prices depending on the duration/terms of your rental contract.
  • Can the car be delivered to my hotel/Airbnb/apartment?
    Yes, we can deliver the car to your doorstep. We offer nationwide delivery of cars. However, we will charge a fee for certain pick-up locations. We will advise you at time of booking.
  • Can I collect the car at a specific pick-up point?
    Yes, we can deliver the car at an agreed pick-up point and all the booking formalities, including payment, can be made at that location?
  • What if I notice an issue/damage to the car that was not agreed upon at the time of pick-up of the car?
    Please phone us on +23058218319 immediately and one of our team members will assist you further.
  • Do I need to pay for fuel during my rental?
    Yes, you are responsible for fuelling the car according to your needs during the rental. We operate a Full to Full fuel policy. Therefore, at the time of drop-off, you will be required to return the car with the same amount of fuel it had when you took delivery of the car. This amount will be agreed on by both parties at the time of pick-up of the car.
  • What do I do if I meet with an accident?
    In the unfortunate case you meet with an accident, please call us immediately on +23058218319 and will guide you with the steps to take. If necessary, one of our team members will come on site to assist you.
  • Is there a limit to the mileage that I can drive with the car?
    No! We offer unlimited mileage with all our cars. You can drive to your heart’s desire.
  • Do I need to pay if I damage the car?
    Please contact us immediately on +23058218319 if you damage the car/meet with an accident. If you are at fault, we will charge up to a maximum of 400 euros to cover the cost of repair.
  • Where do I drop off the car?
    You will be requested to drop-off the car at the location agreed upon booking. We will do our best to accommodate changes in the drop-off location but certain locations will be liable for an extra charge.
  • Can I extend my rental?
    Yes you may depending on the availability of cars. Please contact us at least 48 hours in advance by calling us on +23058218319, emailing us at bookings.paradisiacars@gmail.com or sending us a message via our Contact page. We will do our best to help you.
  • Will the car be inspected at drop-off?
    Yes, one of our team members will do an inspection of the car. For any damage requiring repair, we will charge up to a maximum of 400 euros.
  • What happens at drop-off?
    One of our team members will meet you to answer any unresolved queries, inspect the car and collect any outstanding payments.
  • What additional charges can I expect at drop-off?
    We operate a Full to Full fuel policy. Hence, if the car is returned with les fuel than that agreed upon at time of pick-up, you will be charged for the missing fuel. If any damages requiring repair are noticed at drop-off, we will charge up to a maximum of 400 euros.
  • Can I get a refund if I return the car earlier?
    Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds if the car is returned at an earlier date.
  • Do I have to pay a young driver’s charge?
    No, we do not charge extra for our young drivers.
  • Do I have to pay for an additional driver?
    No, anyone with a valid driver’s licence may drive the car. We just ask that anyone wishing to drive the car produce their original passport and original licence to us. We will make and keep a copy for insurance purposes.
  • Can I pay for extra cover/insurance?
    We do not provide extra cover as the cars are already insured with a fully comprehensive cover. If you damage the car and you are at fault, we will charge up to a maximum of 400 euros to cover the cost of repair.
  • Will I be charged a cleaning fee?
    We understand that the car will get dirty with regular use. We do not charge for the car’s general cleaning. However, if at the time of drop-off, we feel that the car has been dirtied significantly, we will charge extra to cover the cost of additional cleaning.
  • What if all my luggage does not fit?
    You can upgrade your car category depending on our car availability. We can also offer to transfer your luggage to your hotel with one of our cars at a fee of 60 euros. The best option would be to hire a private taxi to transfer your luggage. One of our team members can assist you with this.
  • Can I extend my rental period?
    If you wish to extend the rental period, please call us on +23058218319 or email us at bookings.paradisiacars@gmail.com within 48 hours of the end of your rental period and one of our team members will get in touch. If there is an availability of cars, we will gladly extend the rental period. Our team member will assist you regarding the payment of the extension period.
  • Can I rent a car long-term?
    Yes we do! Kindly call us on +23058218319, email us at bookings.paradisiacars@gmail.com or send us a message via our Contact page and one of our team members will happily assist you with our car availability and long-term offerings.
